I’m delighted to announce that after some ‘gentle persuasion’ Mr. David Aldridge has kindly agreed to be our first Patron. Yay! David has been a huge support to us at All Stars over the years and we’re thrilled to have him representing us.

As well as organising some incredible events including one of the best science fiction conventions in the country (www.scifibythesea.co.uk), David runs a fantastic community-based business in his home town, called Herne Bay Mobility Ltd.

He says: Our aim is to make life easier by offering the right solution to mobility and daily living problems. We sell Mobility Scooters, Armchairs, Stair lifts, Bath lifts, Wheelchairs and daily living aids as well as offering free home demonstrations, free delivery and a fully fitted workshop for alterations, repairs and servicing. We are a Which Trusted Trader and insurance approved by many of the leading industry insurers.

Here’s how to contact them:

Address: 3.1 Wealden forest Park, Herne Common, Herne Bay, Kent CT6 7LQ

Phone: (01227) 710055

Email: [email protected]

We’ve worked with David and his lovely partner Clare many times over the last five years so he really understands what we do and why we do it.

He says: ‘I am proud to support Autism All Stars who do invaluable work in educating businesses and the public about autism and proving that it’s good to be different…Autism All Stars: being better by being different!’

We’re all very excited about what the future will bring now that David is on board, so expect to see some truly amazing progress for All Stars as we continue on our journey of raising awareness, self-esteem and lots and lots of smiles.
